As first-time buyers, we had little idea of what the process would be like and what steps we had to take to prepare for the most significant investment of our lives. Braddock + Purcell helped us understand what type of home our budget would allow and helped us identify which area of Long Island made the most sense to target. b + p immediately put us in contact with the best real estate agent in the area. Our search was quick, and because of the questions b + p asked in the initial consultation, the homes the agent showed were targeted and perfect! No waste of time at all! After 6 hours of looking, we made an offer on a home and it was accepted! The few months between making the offer and closing were difficult at times, but b + p was always available to answer questions regarding home financing and negotiating the purchase contract.
